JOHNSTOWN – HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announced the Smokefree support group will meet Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the wellness center at 2 Colonial Court.
The group is for anyone who wants to quit smoking or remain smoke-free.
Participants will get support, guidance and assistance from former smokers and Littauer’s smoking cessation specialists, a news release said.
The meetings are free and are held on the fourth Thursday of each month.
No enrollment is necessary.
