JOHNSTOWN – A motorist was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies May 17 with five counts in connection with an incident in which he allegedly tried running his ex-girlfriend and his teenage daughter off the road.
Deputies charged Daniel M. Fowler, 31, no address given, with second-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless driving, failure to keep right, following two closely and an unspecified count.
Deputies said he allegedly attempted several times to run his ex-girlfriend and his 13-year-old daughter off Route 29A.
Fowler was found to have a suspended driver’s license and a warrant for him from the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department.
He was arraigned in Town Court and sent to the county jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail, pending further court action.
