Library to hold craft event

GLOVERSVILLE – The Children’s Room at the Gloversville Public Library will be hosting a decorate a snake craft event on Wednesday after 3:30 p.m., a news release said.

Children’s Author Story Hour will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. The featured author is Richard Scarry. This will be the last Saturday story hour until fall, the release said

The Gloversville Public Library will be closed on May 30 in observance of Memorial Day. The library will begin its summer hours on June 1 – Mondays, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesdays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

All programs are free to the public, the release said.
