NORTHVILLE – Sacandaga Task Force for Senior Living has scheduled bus trips from June to October.
If interested in any of the trips, call 752-8737; leave your name, phone number and the desired trip, a news release said. The scheduled trips are as follows, according to the release:
-?June 29 – tour the USS Slater at the Port of Albany; lunch in Albany.
Bus departs from Northville Baptist Church at 8:30 a.m., stops in Mayfield and Vail Mills.
– July 12 – Mohawk Maiden river cruise leaving Schuylerville at 3 p.m., $15, lunch and touring beforehand, the release said.
Bus departs Northville at 11 a.m.
-?Aug. 10 – tour Olana, home of Frederic Church, a Hudson River School painter, $10, followed by lunch in Hudson.
Bus departs Northville at 8 a.m.
-?Sept. 13 – one-way train ride from Saratoga to North Creek, $30. Bus will meet the train in North Creek. Lunch and a possible gondola ride at Gore Mountain, the news release said.
