JOHNSTOWN – HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announced the Smokefree support group will meet Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the new wellness center at 2 Colonial Court.
The group is for anyone with the desire to quit smoking or those who want to remain smoke-free.
Participants will get support, guidance and assistance from former smokers and Littauer’s smoking cessation specialists, a news release said.
These meetings are free and will be held on the fourth Thursday of each month.
No enrollment is necessary.
