MAYFIELD – The Mayfield Historical Society will have its annual strawberry festival from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Rice Homestead, 328 Riceville Road, a news release said.

The event will include music by Gary Van Slyke, weaving demonstrations, strawberry shortcake, ice cream and beverage.

The cost is $4 for adults and $2 for children younger than 8.
