GLOVERSVILLE — An Amsterdam man is facing charges after city police said he sent inappropriate text messages to a teenager.
Joseph L. Nichols III, 39, of 40 Glen Ave. was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 14.
Officers said Nichols sent the text message to a person less than 17 years of age.
Nichols was arraigned in City Court and released.
