GALWAY — The Galway Lioness Club will conduct its 22nd annual Memory Tree lighting in the village park at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Sacandaga Road and Galway Road, near the bandstand.
The Memory Tree will be lighted with bulbs to remember loved ones during the Christmas season.
A $1 donation is requested for each name submitted.
The list of names will be written in a Memory Tree Book located in a case in the Park Gazebo.
Memory Tree names may be mailed to the Galway Lioness Club, P.O. Box 502, Galway N.Y. 12074.
Names may be submitted through Dec. 22.
The Memory Tree will remain lit through Jan. 1.
This is an annual event benefitting the Galway Lioness Club Community Fund.
