GLOVERSVILLE — Kate Schwan will offer a makeover program from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday in the cafe at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.
Schwan will teach tips and tricks to bring out natural beauty, according to a news release. She will help participants to identify skin tone and teach the best application techniques.
