Bowman’s open despite sewer work

GLOVERSVILLE — Bowman’s Market on East Pine Street is still accessible to customers, despite the partial closure due to a sewer main break.

East Pine Street is only closed from South Main Street to Beaver Street as the city’s Department of Public Works and Precision Industrial Maintenance of Schenectady divert a sewer line that has a break down by River Street that is discharging into the Cayadutta Creek.

Bowman’s Market, and the rest of East Pine Street, is still accessible by driving down from Park Street or Bloomingdale Avenue.
