Neighborhood Watch meeting set

GLOVERSVILLE — The Gloversville Neighborhood Watch meeting is scheduled for Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Gloversville City Hall, according to a news release.

Frederic Lee, president of Schenectady Neighborhood Watch and director of the New York Capital Neighborhood Watch, will be the guest speaker at the meeting.

According to the release, Lee has 17 years of experience with Neighborhood Watch, having lived in Hamilton Hill in Schenectady.

Lee trains residents to become active in their own community Neighborhood Watch groups and has offered his assistance to train Gloversville residents to be “window watchers” for the Gloversville Neighborhood Watch group.

The meeting is open to the public and anyone with an interest in learning how they can be a part of Neighborhood Watch is encouraged to attend.
