CANAJOHARIE — Rotational dairy grazing will be the topic of a free workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday at 492 Marshville Road.
Aaron Fisher will share his knowledge of balancing forages for both his milk cow herd and his sheep. He will share his experiences in intensive grazing on his 30-cow dairy farm.
Mark Kopecky, an Organic Valley agronomist, will speak on balancing soils in a grazing rotation. He will talk about soil health in both field crop production and pasture management.
