GLOVERSVILLE — Olya Szyjka will teach Pysanky Easter egg decorating: Ukrainian style from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on March 26 in the teaching kitchen of the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.
She teaches students how to make a pysanka, a Ukrainian Easter egg decorated with traditional Ukrainian folk designs using a wax-resist (batik) method. This beginner level class is open to teens and adults. All materials will be provided.
The cost is $35 with preregistration required.
