GLOVERSVILLE — The Fulton County Public Health will present “Car Seat Safety,” a free hands-on demonstration about the proper fit and installation of child car safety seats, at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Gloversville Public Library, 34 W. Fulton St., according to a news release.
