FONDA — The following is the schedule for the Frothingham Free Library, 28 W. Main St.
∫ At 11 a.m. Tuesday, a Story Hour about flowers for preschool children including stories, singing, and crafts.
∫ At 3 p.m. Wednesday, a children’s craft club for elementary age children making a craft for Mother’s Day.
∫ From noon to 7 p.m. May 3 and 4, a book, bake and plant sale. The will be a selection of used books and digital video discs; vegetable and flowering plants available; as well as homemade baked goods.
∫ At 2 p.m. May 7, a craft group for adults. Bring your current craft project to share with the group.
∫ At 11 a.m. May 8, a Mother’s Day Story Hour for preschool children including stories, singing, and crafts.
∫ At 11 a.m. May 15, a Story Hour about planes for preschool children including stories, singing, and crafts.
∫ From 4 to 6 p.m. May 17, the library’s Subway night. Make a purchase at the Subway in Fonda between 4 and 6 p.m. and Subway will donate a portion of the sales to the library.
∫ At 11 a.m. May 22, a Story Hour about trains for preschool children including stories, singing, and crafts.
∫ At 11 a.m. May 29, a Story Hour about trucks for preschool children including stories, singing, and crafts.
The children must be accompanied by an adult to all children’s programs.
