OHNSTOWN — The HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, has a program titled “Relax With Cards” scheduled for 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at its wellness center, 2 Colonial Court, according to a news release.
“Experience the relaxing benefits of mindfulness as you create four unique all-occasion greeting cards,” stated Stacey White, experienced crafter. “No experience is necessary and beginners are welcome,” she added, the news release stated.
This program is open to the general public. There is a $10 fee per person payable at the door that includes all materials. To attend, call HealthLink Littauer at (518) 736-1120, the news release stated.
