Summer stage camp at Paul Nigra Center

GLOVERSVILLE — The summer stage camp, for ages 6 and above, will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 6 to 10, at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30. The cost is $159 pre-registration, according to a news release.

The instructor will be Roberta Esposito, who will take attendees from audition to performance. The campers will be broken into groups as they work with the center instructors to discover the many elements that go into putting on a show. This hands-on experience will involve campers in each step of the journey as they work on everything from acting and music to costumes, props and set pieces. At the end of the week, campers will perform for their families, loved ones and friends, the news release stated.

The campers should bring their own lunch, snack and water bottle each day. Refrigeration will be available. To register, visit pncreativeartscenter.org or call (518) 661-9932, the news release stated.
