Town board set for meeting tonight

CAROGA LAKE — The Caroga Town Board will meet at 7 p.m. tonight at the Wheelerville Union Free School for a town hall meeting. The intent of the meeting is to provide residents an opportunity to state their views about town related issues and ask questions of the board, according to a news release.

The town board has scheduled this meeting separately from their regular monthly board meetings to dedicate the meeting to listening to residents and addressing their questions. The board may provide some brief updates at the start of the meeting before opening up the comments and questions session. It is expected that the meeting will last one to 1 1/2 hours. All residents are encouraged to participate.
