State DOT sets its roadwork schedule

The state Department of Transportation has announced roadwork for the week of Sept. 24.

Montgomery County

∫ Town of Florida: Route 5S over Terwilleger Creek. Motorists will encounter one-way alternating traffic with a temporary signal in place due to bridge replacement.

∫ City of Amsterdam: Route 67 between Widow Susan Road and the Montgomery/ Schenectady County line. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to driveway paving, guide rail and shoulder backup installations.

∫ Town of Fultonville: Route 920P, Route 30A between Route 5S and Thruway Exit 27. Motorists will encounter lane closures in all directions with flaggers in place due to signal work.

Hamilton County

∫ Town of Indian Lake: Route 28 between County Highway 19 and Route 30. Motorists will encounter one-way alternating traffic with flaggers in place due to guide rail replacement, sign replacement and paving operations.

∫ Town of North Hampton: Route 920H bridge over the Sacandaga River. Motorists will encounter one-way alternating traffic with flaggers in place due to bridge inspection.

∫ Town of Arietta: Route 28 bridge over the South Inlet of Raquette Lake. Motorists will encounter one-way alternating traffic with flaggers in place due to bridge inspection.
