GLOVERSVILLE — Chef Jose Kemp will teach a beginners class on how to make his chicken and rice recipe from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, in the teaching kitchen of the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.
Special accommodations are available.
The cost will be $25 with preregistration required, minus a 20 percent discount for center members.
