JOHNSTOWN — The city will begin curbside pickup of leaves and lawn debris on Tuesday beginning with Ward 1. All leaves should be placed on the terrace, not in the street, no later than Nov. 30; leaves put out after this time will not be picked up. The brush drop off on West Main Street is still open for residential use; no contractors are allowed, according to a news release.
