GLOVERSVILLE — Toni Persch will teach making, filling and decorating cupcakes from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 27 at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.
The cost is $35 per person. The class will be limited to 12 people.
