GLOVERSVILLE — Delania Duncovich will teach how to make easy hors d’oeuvres from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19, in the teaching kitchen at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.
It will be an introduction to and sampling of a variety of cold and hot finger foods and learning how to make stuffed figs with goat cheese, honey glaze and brie topped with cranberry and nut toppings with mini caesar salad.
The cost will be $35, minus a 20 percent discount for center members.
