GLOVERSVILLE — The Vitality Plus, HealthLink Littauer’s adult membership program for anyone age 50 and older, will have this month’s luncheon program titled “Prevent Falls!” from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in Littauer’s auditorium, 99 E. State St., according to a news release.
The buffet-style luncheon will be followed by the guest speaker, Margaret Luck, coordinator of Littauer’s Lifeline Personal Emergency Response Services. The attendees will learn how to reduce the chances of severe injury as the result of falling.
This program is open to the public at noon for the speaker presentation free of charge. To attend the buffet-style luncheon at 11:30 a.m., the fee is $5 for ViP members and $6 for the public, payable at the door. The luncheon reservations are required by calling HealthLink Littauer at (518) 736-1120 by Monday.
