MAYFIELD — The Mayfield Grange 683 and Perthshire Grange will meet at 6 p.m.Jan. 4 at the Northampton Diner. There will be a business and dinner meeting. In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be held Jan. 11. This is an open meeting — all are welcome, according to a news release.
At the December meeting:
∫ Earl Hare attended the New York state grange meeting; this was discussed.
∫ The grange handed out 60 encyclopedias with the Bannertown 55 Plus Club to Mayfield Elementary School third grade students. The grange has been doing this for the past 18 years.
