Frothingham Library schedule of events

FONDA — Frothingham Free Library, 28 W. Main St., has scheduled June events, as follows:

∫ June 4, at 11 a.m. — A story hour for preschool children including stories, singing and crafts.

∫ June 7, at 11 a.m. — A book discussion on “The Tattooist of Auschwitz” by Heather Morris, facilitated by James Belflower of Albany. Copies of the book are available at the library for borrowing.

∫ June 11, at 11 a.m. — A story hour for preschool children including stories, singing and crafts.

∫ June 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. — Library Subway Night at the Subway in Fonda. Make a purchase between 4 and 6, and Subway will donate a percentage of the sales to the library.

∫ June 17 — Registration for the summer reading program begins and will continue until Aug. 12. Sign up for a reading record to be eligible to win prizes this summer and register for summer programs.

∫ June 18, at 11 a.m. — A story hour for preschool children including stories, singing and crafts.

∫ June 25, at 11 a.m. — A story hour for preschool children including stories, singing and crafts.

Children must be accompanied by an adult to all children’s programs.
