JOHNSTOWN — HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announced the Chronic Disease Support Group will meet on June 12 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at its wellness center located 2 Colonial Court.
This discussion group is for anyone with an ongoing health condition such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, arthritis, chronic pain, obesity, depression, anxiety, etc. or their caregivers. They meet on the second Wednesday of each month.
