GLOVERSVILLE — The following are events for the Bleecker Street Church of Christ, 46 Spring St., according to a news release.
∫ At 7 p.m. June 27 will be a free music performance featuring the sounds of The Remnants. The group’s music includes contemporary Christian, bluegrass and southern gospel, hymns and their original songs. The free refreshments will be served at intermission and dessert after the performance.
The admission is free; the offering donations will be taken for The Remnants.
∫ From 4 to 7 p.m. June 28 will be a church benefit dinner with kielbasa and sauerkraut, homemade macaroni salad, homemade chips, dessert and beverage. The dinner will be eat in or take out.
The price is $4 for adults; $3 for children ages 12 and under.
∫ From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday will be a church benefit rummage sale. New items are put out weekly.
The first 25 purchases will get 20 percent off hot food. The food will consist of cheeseburgers, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, chips, desserts and beverages. There will be free bread, free bagels, free milk and free yogurt (first come, first serve basis). All the money received will go to helping the community.
