JOHNSTOWN — The HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announces its monthly series of educational sessions focusing on nutrition and physical activity titled “Healthy Eating, Active Living” continues, according to a news release.
This month’s topic, “Dairy and Daily Workouts,” is scheduled for 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at its wellness center, 2 Colonial Court.
“Learn how dairy products differ, about their nutritional value, how to add more to your diet, along with small bouts of daily activity,” stated Alicia DeRuscio, Littauer’s community education assistant.
