Pain management class set for Tuesday

GLOVERSVILLE — HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, will hold a pain self-management program on Tuesday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Nathan Littauer Hospital, 99 E. State St.

The six-week evidence-based series of classes are specifically designed for anyone living with chronic pain. Participants will learn how to overcome barriers and manage and cope with painful conditions to improve their overall health and quality of life.

The program is free, and complimentary meals are included. Classes will meet once each week for six weeks through July 23. Space is limited. To attend, call HealthLink Littauer at (518) 736-1120.
