GLOVERSVILLE — Molly Capito, the nutrition Outreach coordinator for the Montgomery County Office for the Aging, will be holding a free four week, one hour Senior Health Improvement Nutrition Education class from 11 a.m. to noon July 10, 17, 24, and 31, at the Gloversville Senior Center, 53 Church St., according to a news release.
The Wednesday classes include food, prizes and information. Anyone interested can sign up by calling (518) 725-0923 by July 9.
