GLOVERSVILLE — Heather Mattioni will teach all-natural aroma soap making with essential oils from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesdays, July 9 and Aug. 13, in the teaching kitchen at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.
The cost will be $25 per session, minus 20 percent for center members.
