MAYFIELD — Rabbit Goody, a textile historian, researcher, lecturer and teacher, will speak on “Historic Textiles — A Peek Into Our Past” on Aug. 14, at 7 p.m. at Mayfield Presbyterian Church, 22 N. Main St., sponsored by Mayfield Historical Society.
She has dated and identified textiles in the Mayfield Historical Society’s collections and will present some of her findings and what these findings tell us about local history.
