Using fresh garden vegetables class

GLOVERSVILLE — Dea Duncovich will teach how to use freshly harvested ingredients to make four side dishes—salsa, pickled beets, refrigerator pickles and a salad from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, in the teaching kitchen of the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30.

The cost is $25.
