DOLGEVILLE — From Tuesday through Aug. 30, construction will take place on North and South Helmer avenues.
All vehicles must be off the street by 6 a.m. between West State Street and West Spofford Avenue.
During this time, no parking will be allowed on Helmer Avenue from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
