JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Department of Solid Waste has released the Labor Day holiday schedule for Monday, Sept. 2.
The Mud Road Landfill and Transfer Station will be closed on Monday and resume regular hours on Tuesday.
All other transfer stations will also be closed Monday. Gloversville, Broadalbin, Northampton, Oppenheim and Stratford transfer stations will be open for their regular hours on Tuesday.
Special hours have been set at the following transfer stations the coming week only:
Caroga Transfer Station: open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday;
Ephratah Transfer Station: open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday.
No changes or cancellations to curbside recycling pickup will occur due to the holiday.
