JOHNSTOWN — The HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, will have its monthly educational program titled Diabetes Discussion from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at its wellness center, 2 Colonial Court, according to a news release.
“This month’s topic is on ‘Overcoming Challenges,’ stated Alicia DeRuscio, Littauer’s community education assistant. “We’ll discuss the emotional and physical challenges that diabetics experience, and strategies to overcome them to be better self-managers.”
