CANAJOHARIE — An Evening of Perfect Pairings of area wines, spirits, craft beers and sweets will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept 20, at Arkell Museum, 2 Erie Blvd., sponsored by the Foundation for the Montgomery County Office for Aging.
Additional hot hors d’oeuvres will be provided by LM Townsend Catering of Cooperstown. A “grazing table” will be filled with cheeses and other items provided by area farms and vendors, a silent auction and musical entertainment.
Tickets will be available for a VIP experience at 6 p.m. that comprises early admittance, a special food and beverage pairing, and a private tour of the Night Watch Gallery, including the Winslow Homer collection.
Tickets are $50 per person, and VIP tickets are $75 per person. Reserve early as space is limited. The reservation deadline is Sept. 10.
