PERTH — Miles Compani of Perth and a junior at Broadalbin-Perth High School has been awarded the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Rensselaer Medal and Scholarship. The award is given to high school students who have distinguished themselves in mathematics and science.
The merit scholarship, with a value of $25,000, is guaranteed for four years — five years for bachelor of architecture program, for each medalist who is accepted and enrolls at RPI.
Compani is the son of Erin and Todd Compani of Perth.
