JOHNSTOWN — HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, will hold its chronic disease support group on Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at its wellness center, 2 Colonial Court.
The group is for anyone with an ongoing health condition such as diabetes, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, arthritis, chronic pain, obesity, depression or anxiety or their caregivers.
