JOHNSTOWN — HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, will hold its monthly educational program titled “Diabetes Discussion” on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to noon at its wellness center on 2 Colonial Court.
This month’s topic is “Stress: The Fight or Flight Response,” presented by Alicia DeRuscio, Littauer’s community education assistant. “We’ll discuss the importance of managing stress with diabetes to prevent destructive behaviors and promote well-being,” she said.
