FORT PLAIN — Each Tuesday, children and their adult caregivers are invited to take part in a combination of age-appropriate stories, activities, action rhymes, circle games, simple crafts and healthy snacks. The free educational programs take place from 11 to 11:45 a.m. at Fort Plain Library, 19 Willett St.
