GLOVERSVILLE — The HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announced the smokefree support group will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m. tonight in conference Room B at Nathan Littauer Hospital, 99 E. State St., according to a news release.
This group is for anyone with the desire to quit smoking or those who want to become and remain nicotine-free. The participants will get support, guidance and assistance from former smokers and a smoking cessation specialist.
The meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of each month. These meetings are free and no enrollment is necessary. For more information, call HealthLink Littauer at (518) 736-1120.
