LATHAM —Two Broadalbin men have been promoted by the New York Army National Guard.
They are Benjamin Frye, assigned to the 466th Medical Company Area Support and promoted to the rank of private, and Dylan Laport, assigned to the Intelligence and Sustainment Company, 42nd infantry Division, and promoted to the rank of private first class.
ANG promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
