SCHUYLERVILLE — Veterans are being sought to be present for a funeral service slated for 2 p.m. Monday at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road.
According to the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in White River Junction, Vt., Leon Bourn is going to be buried at his final resting place at the cemetery. Bourn served in the U.S. Army from March 1962 through March 1965.
According to a news release, the only family this veteran has is his wife. The group is seeking to have veterans show up to support his widow.
