GLOVERSVILLE — The HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, announced the Wellness Walkers will continue from 9 to 10 a.m. each Monday on Littauer’s walking track, 99 E. State St.
“This outdoor walking group is open to anyone wanting to get active and have some fun,” stated certified personal trainer, Alicia DeRuscio, Littauer’s community education assistant.
This free group is open to all ages of the general public with the ability to walk on a paved trail. In the event of rain, the group will walk inside the Johnstown Mall. For more information or to participate, call HealthLink Littauer at (518) 736-1120.
