AMSTERDAM — The Bridge Street area of the city will become a little more Bavarian with the Amsterdam Oktoberfest set for 3 to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
This German themed block party on Bridge Street will feature games, contests, German food, entertainment, amusement rides, vendors, live music and more.
The all-day Biergarten will feature beer stein specials and beer stein raffles.
Playing on the main stage will be:
∫ 3:30 p.m. — The Refrigerators.
∫ 7 p.m. — Lights Out.
The separate Biergarten stage will feature Traditional OktoberFest Music all day by Primo Mobile DJs.
Other events at the festival will include:
∫ OktoberFest Costume Contest.
∫ Yodeling Contest .
∫ Stein Hoisting Competition.
Miss Blue’s Pet Boutique and Puppy Scoops Ice Cream will be raffling off a $50 gift card.
