JOHNSTOWN — The HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, will have a Zumba exercise class from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at its wellness center, 2 Colonial Court, according to a news release.
“Join us for a special ‘pop-up’ Zumba class,” stated Alicia DeRuscio, certified ZIN and personal trainer. “Dance to the rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton for a total body workout that combines cardio, muscle strengthening, balance and flexibility.”
This class is open to the public. There is a $7 fee payable at the door. To attend, call HealthLink Littauer at (518) 736-1120.
