Miniature golf day at AHS March 7

AMSTERDAM — The 22nd annual Miniature Golf and Family Fun Day will be sponsored from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, by the Mental Health Association in Fulton and Montgomery Counties at Amsterdam High School.

The event offers 18 holes of indoor miniature golf for all ages, face painting, carnival games and other activities for children and their families. Hot dogs, make your own sundae, healthy snack options and other refreshments will be available.

Master Balloon Artist Daryl Baldwin will make balloon creations from 11am until 2 p.m., and Crystal Palmieri promises to put a smile on the children’s faces with face painting from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Also, one lucky person will win a family gift basket filled to the brim. Proceeds will benefit the programs and services the association offers.

Tickets may be purchased at the door: $5 for golfers and $3 for children younger than 5 or non-golfers. The admission fee includes miniature golf, one balloon design, face painting and children’s games. Stuff-A-Critter, refreshments and make your own sundaes are available at an additional fee.
