CORTLAND — John Frank Person, the son of Kiersty Person and John Person of Gloversville and grandson of Patricia and Frank Scafariello, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2019 semester. Person, a 2017 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School, is majoring in elementary education.
